Charlie’s story began in Cincinnati where his mom, Jubilee, was found as a stray by Cincinnati Pit Crew, a rescue group who placed her into a foster home a day before giving birth to her puppies. Charlie’s Petfinder picture stole the hearts of his parents who drove from New England to adopt him. Charlie spent his 11.5 years in Vermont and Maine being loved and spoiled by his parents. His favorite pastimes were chasing balls and sunbeams, rolling in the grass, going for long walks and snuggling up on his couch. Charlie made friends wherever he went with his wiggly butt and pittie smile, proving to be an incredible ambassador for his breed.

The goal of Charlie 365 is to continue Charlie’s bright and giving spirit 365 days a year by helping to fill the bellies of animals in need.
